How fresh is your coffee?
Very fresh. We roast our coffee weekly and ship it within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. No sitting on shelves—just fresh, bold coffee delivered to your door.
Can I order Pipe’s Brave Brew in bulk for my business?

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, delivery times depend on USPS or UPS, but most orders arrive within a few business days. We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your coffee is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, but if you catch it quickly, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange coffee?
Because of food safety regulations, we can’t accept returns on roasted coffee beans. That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
What about returns on mugs or merchandise?
Non-coffee items like mugs or apparel can be returned within 15 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
